These settings also have no effect if I leave the workspace set to use the Classic theme and never change to the Dark theme. Changing the setting in Window -> Preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Colors and Fonts -> JavaScript -> JavaScript Documentation view background also has no effect. Changing the setting in Window -> Preferences -> JavaScript -> Editors ->source hover background has no effect.
